Have been looking for a long time the music accordion music with chords of ”
When the Boys come Rolling Home”.
Chorus:
There ‘ll be dancin, – romancin’
And never more we’ll roam
There ‘ll be rollin’in the hay, there ‘ll be whiskey in the tae
When the Boys come rollin’ home
Hello Fred,
With reference to your article about “AI and singing apps”; there was an app called “VocalWriter2.0” for Apple Macs.
I used it to sing a few song, by loading MIDI and typing in the lyrics. I did “Eleanor Rigby” with a single voice and “Monday, Monday” with 1 lead and 4 backing voices. Plus a few others I forget now.
Sadly, it will only now work on really old Macs now.
It is strange (and sad) that they didn’t continued with this. This was the only way a singing voice could be heard on a computer at the time. Then things like YouTube came along and made it far too easy.

That sounds like a long time ago! Lots of singing apps are coming. It’s going to be commonplace.
